- Experiment contents: An experiment to check the movement of cells through the area filled with cells over time after scratching the center of the cell plate with a tip.
- Drug concentration: 1uM, 1ug/ml
- Experiment results: After drug application, the cell status was checked at intervals of 24 hours and 48 hours, and a significant difference in migration was confirmed, compared to the control in APS at 48 hours.
